- Sign-in to your account and click at My Account
- Go to My Orders
3. Click on the order that you wish to return. Please make sure you’ve received the product(s) in the first place. You can’t request a return for orders that are still in transit.
4. In the order page, click Return.
5. Fill in the requested fields. Once the return request is submitted, our Customer Care assistant will be in touch with you within 1-2 working days to arrange a pick-up date and time. Do take note that returns without authorization will not be accepted. This is including returns mailed to our corporate office directly.
For Guest Account
You can request a return once you have received the product(s). You can't request a return for orders that are still in transit.
To request a return, please follow the steps below,
1. You can access Orders and Returns page here or from the main page.
2. Fill in the order information and find your orders by email or zip code
3. Select the product you’re returning and reason(s) for return
4. Click ‘Submit’
